Uber for Business

Creating positive employee experiences in the time of COVID-19 and hybrid work environments.

With more than 50% of workers expressing concerns about returning to the office, these dedicated managers seek ways to reduce anxiety and stress. Staff surveys and opinions are critical, and therefore, it’s essential to maintain a positive and attractive work environment where employees feel well-cared for.

The Insight

Traditional work-from-office models and accompanying benefits packages are no longer relevant.  HR directors seem unsure of how to proceed; and how constantly to adapt to shifts in the employment and recruitment marketplace.  HR directors and managers are most concerned about retaining talent, hiring new talent, in-office happiness day-to-day, and how to roll out and communicate changes to benefits. They need to feel confident and secure in their decisions and have the data to support them.

Uber for Business is more than just a travel platform. U4B can elevate employee experiences with flexible benefits and perks that support recruiting, productivity, and retention goals—all in one place. With one integrated platform, HR managers can provide business-class experiences for their employees with safety and sustainability in mind.

The Approach

Multiple electronic campaigns (video, video ads, carousel ads, static ads, and social media) were developed that targeted HR directors/managers or directors of corporate travel.

Uber for Business is committed to helping protect another critical natural resource: talent - whether they are at the office, at home, or a combination of the two.  From employee recruitment and retention to rewards and return-to-office, HR directors can support this entire ‘ecosystem’ with one end-to-end platform that keeps the entire workforce productive and motivated, no matter where they are – and no matter what gets in their way.

“Recruit. Retain. Reward. Return.”
